Small Group Personal Training

Our signature service combines the personalized coaching of one-on-one personal training with the energy and accountability of a small group. Every workout is led by a professional coach and individualized to each member's fitness level, mobility, injuries, and goals. Members train in groups of no more than six, allowing coaches to provide constant instruction, exercise modifications, and motivation while building a supportive community.

Starting Point Session

Every new member begins with a comprehensive Starting Point Session. During this one-hour consultation, we discuss your health history, goals, lifestyle, and previous training experience. We perform an InBody body composition analysis, functional movement assessment, and introductory workout before recommending the membership plan that best fits your goals. This ensures every member starts safely and confidently with a personalized roadmap.

Nutritional Guidance

Exercise is only part of the equation. Our coaches provide practical nutritional guidance to help members support their training, improve body composition, and develop sustainable eating habits. Rather than promoting fad diets or restrictive meal plans, we focus on evidence-based nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and complement your strength training program. And it doesn't end after an initial conversation — members receive ongoing nutrition coaching throughout their membership, because nutrition is integrated into everything we do, not a one-time consultation.

Functional Movement Assessment

Every member receives a movement assessment designed to identify mobility restrictions, muscle imbalances, and movement limitations before beginning training. This allows our coaches to personalize exercises, reduce injury risk, improve movement quality, and ensure every workout is both safe and effective.

InBody Body Composition Analysis

We use InBody technology to measure much more than body weight. Members receive detailed information about muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, hydration, and other key health metrics. These assessments help us track meaningful progress over time and make informed adjustments to training and nutrition.

Personalized Exercise Programming

Although members train together, every program is customized to the individual. Our coaches continually adjust movements based on each person's goals, fitness level, mobility, injuries, and progress, ensuring every workout remains appropriately challenging and effective regardless of experience.
