Stronger Together
Serving Ahwatukee Foothills since early 2025.
Alloy Personal Training Ahwatukee Foothills was founded on a simple belief: strength is one of the most powerful predictors of long-term health, independence, and quality of life.
After spending more than two decades leading large organizations and building high-performing teams, owner Dustin Rigler decided to pursue something far more personal. Throughout his career, he saw how easily careers, family responsibilities, and life itself push health to the background. He also recognized that most fitness options fail the people who need them most. Big-box gyms leave members to figure it out on their own. Large group classes often lack the coaching, personalization, and progression needed for long-term success.
Alloy offers a different approach.
We specialize in small-group personal training for adults who want professional coaching, individualized programming, and measurable progress in a welcoming environment. Every workout is coached by an expert trainer who understands your goals, your movement abilities, and how to safely progress your strength over time.
Our members aren't chasing six-week transformations. They're investing in the ability to hike with their spouse, play with their grandchildren, travel confidently, reduce the risk of injury, and continue doing the activities they love for decades to come.
Everything we do is built around relationships, accountability, and evidence-based strength training. We know every member by name. We celebrate milestones together. We continually adjust programming as our members improve, ensuring every workout is appropriately challenging while remaining safe.
At Alloy, we're not just helping people exercise.
We're helping them build the strength to live life on their terms.
Our Mission
Who We Serve
Our ideal members are adults between 40 and 70 years old who recognize that staying healthy requires more than simply "working out."
Many have busy careers, own businesses, or are approaching retirement. Some are returning to exercise after years away, while others have tried gyms, boot camps, or personal training but struggled to remain consistent.
They value professional guidance, accountability, efficiency, and long-term health over quick fixes. Their goals often include improving strength, reducing aches and pains, increasing energy, losing body fat, maintaining independence, and continuing to enjoy the activities they love with family and friends.
